Well, here we are in another week. I am still trying to learn everything I need to get my business off the ground! It seems like an eternity since I started, but I know it hasn’t been. There is just so much involved in getting everything set up. The good thing is, with a lot of the things, once they are done, they are done! It’s just getting to that point!
Luckily, I have a wonderful mentor, and a great support group that I am working with, so I’m not having to do this on my own. I cannot even imagine trying to this alone! Some of the steps I have had to take don’t go as smoothly as I would like. Sometimes I think I follow the steps exactly, but I don’t get the proper results. Then I have to go back through the steps and see where I messed up! All part of the learning process. I just keep reminding myself that as long as I am consistent, and keep trying and learning, I WILL cross that finish line! It is like that in anything we do, really. If we think about all of the things we have learned to do in our lives, we started out not knowing how to do them. We had to have someone show us how, then we had to practice until we had it all figured out. It’s the same thing with building a business. You start at the beginning, and take it one step at a time. Before you know it, you have built a solid foundation, then a successful business.
In closing, I would just like to say, whatever you are trying to accomplish in life, just keep moving forward one step at a time. As long as you are being consistent and true to your goals, you will succeed.
Until next time!
Kelli
So true about being consistent! And that’s a great closing pep talk. That part about keeping moving forward, one step at a time – THAT indeed is the Process to follow – and the results will come.
Go Kelli Go!
Robert,
Thanks! You are absolutely correct! Consistency brings results!
Kelli
Good advice, keep on keeping on. it is also generally true that the more you do something the easier it becomes. just keep slogging on. All the best
Tony,
Yes, we have to keep going no matter what! That’s the only way to become successful!
Kelli
You are spot on. The more I learn about affiliate marketing, the more it seems that it is critical to find a good mentor; you must be consistent, and you have to keep going no matter what!
Alison,
Absolutely! We cannot give up!
Kelli
Well said. One step at a time! Even if you are only taking one step a day, you are still one step nearer to the finish line. As long as you don’t quit, you will reach your goal eventually. Wish you great success in 2024.
Alan,
Yes, we just have to stick with it, even when the going gets a little tough!
Great success to you too!
Kelli
Kelli, you are doing really great so far, building your business. Yes, there are tricky things that need to be done, but you have great support with Dean and his team. In fact, I would even go further to say that this method we are using is easier than probably most others, If not all people doing an affiliate marketing . This all in one solution makes it a lot easier compared to having 5 to 10 different systems, managing them all separately and having to learn everything about them. You’re doing great. Keep going and let’s see where this goes. Thanks Atif.
Atif,
Thanks! I believe if we all stay with it, and stay consistent, we WILL achieve our goals!!
Kelli
Well, you now what they say about how to eat an elephant (not that I would want to!): One bite at a time.
Consistency is key.
Cheers, Katrin
Katrin,
Lol, yes that is correct!
Kelli
Hi Kelli, Couldn’t agree more about ‘one step at a time’. It might feel like 1 step forward and 2 back at times but that is just normal because we will always hit bumps here and there that we need to smooth out. In the big scheme of things, each 2 steps back is really still 1 step forward. The other thing about 2 steps back is they are often what we learn the most from.
You are also spot on about consistency…it is critical and you are being very consistent which is awesome.
Pat yourself on the back, you are doing great and while you might be at the beginning of your journey you have already bagged a lot of wins, Well done!!
I look forward to visiting again to read your future posts.
Karen,
Thank you for those words of encouragement! Any steps forward are progress! And as you said, we learn from those steps backwards!
Kelli
The one step forward and two steps back is a metaphor for the birthing process. This is what we’re doing- birthing our businesses into the world.
Kate,
Yes it is!
Kelli, it sounds like you and me are in similar situations. Like you, I feel like it’s taking me forever to get my business off the ground as well. I know this is a common situation that many who start affiliate marketing face, I know we’re not alone. I can appreciate reading your message to remind myself that there are many out there like myself, and we all can lean on each other as we continue to grow and move through this process!
Lauren,
Thanks! Yes, we just have to be consistent, and not give up! And, if we run into problems, we ask for help!!
Good luck in your journey! We’ve got this!
Kelli
The path to success never look the way we think it will.
It doesn’t play out the way we would like it to.
But as you are doing, pushing through, working through it at your pace.
This is what we need to do and you’re doing it 🙂
Having a mentor like you have is also critical to becoming successful!
Sounds like you’re on track!
Denny
Denny,
That is so true! I was having problems with my links not working correctly. I finally deleted my funnel and started over! Now everything seems to be working correctly! It was in the beginning when I first checked it, but somewhere along the way I must have accidentally changed something. Gave myself a fresh start, and all good now!
Kelli
Kelli,
Consistency is the magic word! Having a mentor and a support group is equally crucial. They’re the secret sauce that will guide you through completing tasks and achieving success in your business. Wishing you the best of luck, and I can’t wait to witness your success journey!
Sherri
You are doing great! Keep at it and keep moving forward. Your mentor is the same as mine! Yay! I appreciate your comments on consistency! Best wishes to you!
Hi, Kelli! I began affiliate marketing last January. Wow! Talk about a learning curve! I’m just getting comfortable being uncomfortable. Lol!
I’ve learned along the way that it’s been a long time since I’ve learned anything new. I’d forgotten how hard it is to learn something for the first time!
I think of how many hours it took to learn to play the flute. Or how long it took me to ride a bike…
Keep plugging away! We’ll get this 🙂
And it will be so worth it.
Nakina,
Thanks! Yes, it is definitely a learning curve for sure! But, yes, as long as we stick with it, we will succeed!!
Kelli
